Wat ga je doen?

As Service Delivery Manager, you will join the current transversal team leading Physical security services covering incident management and request fulfilment in their entire life cycle and service provider management to one of our clients.

Key task is to ensure that the various support teams, internal or external, are delivering expected outcomes according to SLAs. To do this, you work in symbiosis with specialised teams. You will follow up and communicates on the tickets registered both with the customer and with our teams.

You apply a customer centric approach and make sure smooth communication and feedback happens for processes: incident management and request fulfilment,

You Internally reports and identify repetitive escalations for business optimization purpose; and build, coordinates and executes escalation action plan with the different departments involved.

To achieve these results we see you:

- autonomous and flexible,

- familiar with incident management, request fulfilment, life cycle and service provider management with a structured approach and follow-up for incidents, requests and escalations,

- calm in stressful situation with a good priorities identifications,

- with very good communication skills (oral and written) in French (10%), Dutch (50%) and English (40%),

- ITIL minded with basic certification, all extra certification are an asset.
